Sour Cream Coffeecake

Ingredients:

1 c. brown sugar

1 egg

½ c. butter

1 t. baking soda

1 ½ c. flour

¼ t. salt

1 c. sour cream

Confectioner’s sugar

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.  Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 350oF for 40 minutes.  Dust with confectioner’s sugar when cool.
